Camp Pokémon is a universal iOS and Android app designed for those just diving in to the world of Pokémon. Exploring Pokémon island leads to various games, activities and badges you can collect in your camp sticker book.
As Interactive Architect on the project, I bridged the gap between the engineering and design teams. I chose to focus on app modularly, which allowed for easy game additions and updates. It also enabled me to lead the team in utilizing the same source files and transform them in virtual reality, building out a VR Camp Pokémon application for Oculus Rift and HTC Vive.
Results: Built in Unity, Camp Pokémon reached over 1 million downloads in its first week alone.
